How it works
The PARKA ultrasonic parking aid uses a microprocessor and 2 ultrasonic sensors to make sure that your pride and joy is parked accurately each time. These harmless sensors detect movement and calculate your distance from the unit. The PARKA has a very low power draw which means you should get anywhere between 6 months to 1 year of usage from a set of batteries. So the PARKA is both cheap as chips to purchase and to run!
The PARKA uses LED lights that are extremely bright. As you drive up to the PARKA the bright blue LED lights will light up. The closer you get to your preferred position more rows of lights will start to light up, until you get to your final position when a row of red LED lights will illuminate indicating that you should stop.
The unit measures 55cm high, 3.5cm wide and 2.5cm deep. You’ll simply fasten it to the wall with one or two screws, even a nail or double sided tape would suffice, no wires, no fuss.
