Refund and Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your ParkaCar is faulty or does not suit your application, you can return the product for refund or replacement. To begin the process, please send a mail to info@parkacar.co.za explaining the issue. We will reply with an email detailing the steps to follow.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we don’t offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A refund or replacement will not be granted if your ParkaCar is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
